Founder

Manuel Carpio-Rivero D'Angelo

Executive, consultant, and professor with over 25 years of experience in Leadership Development, Strategy, and Supply Chain Management. He has held senior management positions in multinational companies such as Royal Dutch Shell (UK, Spain, and Italy), Repsol Peru, Pluspetrol, and Sodexo, where he served as CEO for the Energy & Resources segment.

 

He is currently a professor at several universities, a mentor and consultant for high-level organizations, and CEO & Founder of CRC Strategic Management Consulting. His expertise focuses on leadership, talent management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and cultural transformation.

 

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico, an MBA from Durham University (UK), a postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University, and a specialization in Managerial Development from IAE (Argentina). He is also a graduate of the General Management Program at Harvard University and a Certified Ontological Coach from the Asersentido School.
